While also ensuring that all the necessary screening is completed of those shortlisted tenants with the ongoing management being implemented seamlessly with the greatest amount of ease.

The focus is to support investors looking to create and manage wealth through property. Core PM assist in this process by provide a seamless reporting function to all landlords allowing them to have a clear understanding of the exact position of their property from income received, depreciation allowances, annual appraisals and regular routine inspections.
